Generally, we will pick you up from your accommodation and transport you in our air conditioned vehicle. Pickup time is usually around 9am and we go out for 6-7 hours, covering as much ground as possible with a break for lunch included. This usually needs approximately 2 days to do a standard 3-4-bedroom home for indoor and outdoor furniture.

Once we have done all the buying, our team will input all supplier invoices into a very detailed document giving a photo, sizes, material, colours, etc and calculating the cubic meters. – A sample invoice is shown here.

Payment is then requested and a 50% deposit of the invoice total is transferred, allowing us to pay all suppliers. Balance is then requested approximately 2 weeks prior to shipping, so we can pay and start collecting the goods.

We then get our cargo agents to start pickups and packing the goods. On loading day, there is always a representative from our company there to oversee the handling of your goods.

Once the goods have been loaded onto the container, we will advise you a delivery schedule date to your nearest port. You will need to employ a customs broker who can process the arrival of your container. All necessary export documentation, fumigation, etc will be handled buy the cargo company, and the documents will be couriered to your Broker.

Cargo in Bali, pickup and packing, and sea freight is not included in our fees, and we will quote you these costs separately.
